DRAFT — requires legal counsel review

This page is a placeholder. The final Privacy Policy must be drafted and reviewed by licensed counsel, and must reflect the actual data-processing activities and subprocessors in use at the time of publication.

Privacy Policy

SkyLara processes personal data to operate the platform — account identity, logbook entries, gear records, bookings, manifest activity, device information, and communications — so that users and dropzones can keep records and run workflows.

Each dropzone is responsible for the personal data it authors and manages through the platform. SkyLara acts as a processor for that data. Region-specific rights and processes (including GDPR / UK DPA / US state laws) are described in the supplements at /legal.

A self-service export of your own platform data is available from your account settings. The export endpoint and regional supplements remain scaffolded until counsel confirms the final copy and scope.

Information still required before launch
  • Data controller and processor roles by customer type and region.
  • Privacy contact, data-subject request process, retention schedule, and subprocessor list.
  • Final rules for passport, license, waiver, insurance, payment, and operational document data.
